Jackie is the most decorated female golfer to have graced the halls of East High.
After finishing as state runner-up in 2008, she cruised to Class A state titles in
both 2009 and 2010. In 2009, she led the Spartans to a 3rd-place team finish and
won medalist honors by 8 strokes. She followed that up in 2010, winning by 9
strokes. She was also a two-time Heartland Athletic Conference champion and
a member of the 2010 Nebraska Junior Golf All-Star team.O'Doherty was the
Nebraska girls state stroke play runner-up in the summer of 2010.
Besides her tremendous golf accolades, Jackie was a 4.0 student and earned four
varsity letters in swimming, qualifying for the state meet in the 200 freestyle in
2010. She went on to join the Husker golf team, where she was a WGCA
Scholastic All American and Academic All-Big Ten honoree.
